ICE abducted Ya'akub Ira Vijandre at gunpoint on October 7, 2025 — a DACA recipient, Muslim Filipino photojournalist with no criminal record.

Why?

For documenting injustice, speaking truth about government policies, and exercising his First Amendment rights on social media.

The government revoked his valid DACA in retaliation, and an immigration judge ruled his "ideology" justifies locking him up and removing him.

This is political persecution — a direct attack on free speech.
